Tamara Usatova is a vocal coach specializing in pop, soul, and jazz, working with singers who want deeper understanding and control of their voice. Her anatomy-based approach, guided by the Estill Voice Method, helps singers master different voice qualities and develop true vocal autonomy — including belt and powerful high notes. She holds a degree in Professional Music (Voice) from Berklee College of Music and is an active performer and recording artist with multiple album releases. She works with singers in Milan and online.

GENERAL STUDIO GUIDELINES

Lessons are reserved exclusively for you. The following rules apply except in cases of emergency, as defined below.

Regular Weekly Packages:

The 4‐lesson weekly package is designed for students who want consistent, focused progress and a stable learning container.
By purchasing a 4‐lesson weekly package, you agree to the following:

• You commit to one fixed weekly time slot, reserved specifically for you.

• This slot is held exclusively in my schedule and is not offered to other students.

• The package consists of 4 consecutive weekly lessons.

• You are free to stop or pause lessons after any 4‐lesson package is completed. There is no long‐term obligation beyond each completed package.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Lessons are reserved exclusively for you. The following rules apply except in cases of emergency, as defined below.

1. Standard Cancellation (Non-Emergency)

If a lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance and the reason is not an emergency:                                                               

• One (1) reschedule is allowed per package, subject to availability.  

• The rescheduled lesson must take place within the same package period.

• If no suitable time is found, or if the reschedule has already been used, the lesson is forfeited. 

• Lessons cannot be carried over, credited, or extended beyond the package. Rescheduling is a courtesy, not a guarantee.

2. Late Cancellation

If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, and the reason is not an emergency:                                           

• The lesson is forfeited.  

• No reschedule or credit is offered.

• This includes (but is not limited to): 

work running over
childcare or babysitter issues transport or travel delays scheduling conflicts
fatigue or stress
scheduled doctor appointments

2. Emergency Cancellation

An emergency is defined as a sudden and unforeseeable event, such as:

• acute illness  

• medical emergency

• accident or hospitalization 

In the case of a genuine emergency:

• One (1) emergency reschedule may be granted per package, subject to availability.

• The rescheduled lesson must still take place within the package period.

Purchase of a lesson package indicates acceptance of the Studio Policies and Terms described above.
